REFRIGERATION INDUSTRY
SAFETY CONFERENCE (RISC)

Kelowna BC Sept 17-21, 2018

About RISC

The refrigeration industry is going through a major transformation. Not only do safety regulations and procedures increase in number and complexity, but there is also increasing pressure towards more cost effective solutions in regards to operation of ice arenas, cooling storages and manufacturing processing plants. The refrigeration safety conference in Kelowna offers a great platform for experts to share their knowledge and experiences, both in theory and practical applications. Besides leading organisations such as the Ammonia Safety and Training Institute, this event also provides vendors the opportunity to explain and show case their products. This conference helps to increase safety awareness on all levels and not only relating to ammonia and freon, but other refrigerants as well. We hope to see you there!

Vendors

Vendors are welcome to present their products at our safety trade show throughout the week from 7:30am to 4:30pm. Vendors benefit from maximum interaction with conference participants before and after speaker sessions. Based on our past experience we expect about two hundred industrial leaders attending this conference. Every vendor has access to their own 6ft table provided by the hotel. There is also a projector for vendor slideshows and / or presentations. If the weather is nice there is even a large patio that can be used. Our vendor rates are defined as following;

450 CND per vendor table and day or
1500 CND per vendor table and week (=750 CND discount)

Within this price included is also a marketing package including a follow-up appreciation newsletter including your company logo and short company / product description. There is plenty of room to host at least 12 vendors per day, but we do recommend to make reservations as soon as possible as we expect a quick filling. For more information you can contact us at info@el-em-en-ts.com We are also working on online bookings where you can pay with your Master or VISA Card.
